The Hotel des Trois Vallées upgraded from 3-star to 4-star from the start of the 2014/15 winter season. It aims to be a mountain boutique hotel, with a cosy atmosphere.
Hotel 3 Vallées: location
The Hotel des Trois Vallées is in the upper part of resort, near the Galerie Péclet, and close to place Péclet (see our Val Thorens hotels map). It's very convenient for shops and bars. Access to the slopes is via a skiable track that starts next to the Portillo (approximately 50m from the hotel). Return via the Stade draglift to place Péclet, or by Plein Sud to place Caron, and in either case it's a short walk (2-3 minutes) back to the hotel.
Hotel 3 Vallées: rooms and facilities
It has 28 bedrooms, categorised as 'cocoon' (13-16m2), 'superior' and family (19-29m2), and 'priviledge' suites (for 4 or 5 people). They have bath or shower, and some have a balcony. The wooden decor gives an Alpine feel. Facilities include wifi, flat-screen TVs, radio, and safe. There are also 4 studios with kitchenette.
The hotel has a wellness area, with sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi.

There's a small but convivial bar, near the entrance to the
hotel.
The Olympiski restaurant serves a 'gargantuan' buffet breakfast. In the evening, for those on half-board, there's a choice of starters, fish or meat main course, and a dessert buffet. Everything is prepared under chef Olivier Caillère.
